We acquired Netcom (ntc.it), a provider offering hosting services and certified email.

We have successfully resolved 150,000 tickets. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

ISO 14001:2015 Certification confirms that SupportHost has implemented an effective Environmental Management System based on international standards.

We’ve achieved two certifications:

• ISO/IEC 27017:2015 is a security standard for information security controls in the provision of cloud services.
• ISO/IEC 27018:2025 is a code of practice that focuses on protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in public cloud.

TantraHost was initially founded by Ivan Messina in April 2010, before being sold to third parties in October of the same year. Building on this experience in the hosting industry, Ivan went on to launch SupportHost in December 2010. Now, 15 years later, we have acquired Tantrahost once again and are migrating the sites to our infrastructure.

We acquired hosting-linux.it, an Italian company that provided hosting and domain registration services.

ISO 9001:2015 certification confirms that SupportHost adopts a Quality Management System focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

We’ve achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Certification. This is the standard for information security management systems (ISMS).

We reached the milestone of 1,000 TrustPilot reviews, with a score of 4.9 out of 5!

We have acquired thexcompany.net, a small Italian provider of hosting and domain registration services.

We have acquired titaniumwp.com, an Italian provider of WordPress hosting services, and peconline.it, a provider of certified email services.

We have acquired IsolaWeb.it, a small Italian hosting provider.

We acquired HostingPartner.it, an Italian provider that was providing hosting and PEC services. We migrated 500+ websites without disruption and 15 VPS from ISPmanager to our insfrastructure.

We have acquired hostctnet.it and legalpec.net, a small Italian provider that sold web hosting and certified email services to clients in Italy and Europe.

We reached the milestone of 500 TrustPilot reviews, maintaining our score of 4.9 out of 5!

WebHosting.it has been in the hosting field since 1998. We are proud to have acquired it. We are now starting to migrate their 2000 clients from their servers to ours.

We are now accredited with EURid, enabling us to serve as registrars for .eu domains. In addition, we have developed our own API module for efficient and synchronous management.

We are now accredited nic.it registrars. We had to pass a comprehensive exam and we created our own module, to further enhance the management of .it domain names.

We acquired web4web.it, an italian low-cost hosting brand with 650 active clients and 1050 hosting accounts. We moved all clients from DirectAdmin to cPanel.

We reached 300 TrustPilot reviews, with our clients rating our services as ‘Excellent’.

We have successfully addressed 50,000 support tickets to date. Our current operating capacity allows us to effectively resolve approximately 500 tickets per month.

We did a small restyle to our website, making the website more pleasant to use and see.

We acquired hualma.it, a low-cost web hosting company in Italy with about 150 clients. We moved all clients from Plesk to cPanel without any downtime.

We launched our new web hosting plans, with more resources. Instead of raising prices, we decided to raise the resources available for our hosting plans. Not only space and bandwidthm but also RAM, CPU and the likes.

We acquired Welio.it, a web hosting business with about 200 clients. We moved all of them in a 3 weeks span, with no downtime for clients.

We moved to Estonia in order to make our clients’ lives easier with the new GDPR regulations.

We bought the premium SupportHost.com domain and merged SupportHost.it and SupportHost.net under the same domain name.

We merged KarmaHost clients into SupportHost. Karmahost was a low-cost brand of the same business.

Latest website graphics, using a themeforest theme. We will soon do a remake using the same graphics but using oxygen builder.

We launched our YouTube channel, with WordPress and web hosting tutorials.
