Is it necessary to use the WHMCS module?
It is not mandatory to use our WHMCS module. If you prefer, you can use our APIs to manage domains.
What payment methods do you accept?
To get discounted reseller prices, you can use these payment methods:
– Bank transfer (processing time: 1–2 days);
– SEPA direct debit (processing time: up to 14 days);
– Credit top-up: you can recharge your credit via bank transfer or SEPA direct debit (minimum amount €100).
Do I need to top up my credit to use the APIs?
Yes, to use the APIs for domain registration, transfer, and renewal, payment is allowed only via credit.
Credit usage conditions:
– Recharge credit via bank transfer or SEPA direct debit
– Minimum recharge amount: €100
– Credit is non-refundable.
Who sets the prices for reselling?
You have no restrictions, you the one who sets the prices for domain reselling.
As the number of domains you sell increases, you’ll get even better prices. We have three levels based on the number of active domains:
– Reseller up to 100;
– Trader from 100 to 500;
– Registrar over 500.
