Frequently asked questions
Are there limits regarding the number of emails I can send per hour?
Our cloud VPS plans do not have hourly limits on email sending. However, we suggest you set a limit of 500 emails per hour, in this way you avoid having your IP address included in a blacklist for sending spam emails.
Can I upgrade from one plan to another?
You can upgrade and then move to a higher plan at any time. In contrast, to downgrade and move to a lower plan, a migration is required for technical reasons.
If you have an unManaged solution you can switch to a Managed solution by upgrading. On the other hand, you cannot upgrade from a Managed solution to an unManaged solution.
