How affiliate hosting works
By choosing our hosting affiliate program, you will receive commissions for every order we receive from your website. It works very simply, we will provide you with banners and a unique personalized link that you can use within the website or, in the case of the link, send it by email or by message to your friends and customers.
For every sale that our platform will make thanks to your link or banner, you will receive a commission. At any time, you can monitor all the clicks and sales generated from the client area, data are updated in real time.
You can receive recurring affiliate commissions by recommending plans such as shared hosting, LiteSpeed hosting, reseller hosting and all CMS plans. The commissions are fixed and one-time for dedicated solutions.

Affiliate hosting: commissions
By choosing our affiliate program, you will have the opportunity to earn a recurring commission, i.e. you will receive it every time a customer chooses to renew the purchased product. The hosting affiliate commission is 15%. At the request of our affiliates, we can offer a one-time commission. In this case, a commission will be received only on the first purchase, and it will be equal to 40%. You will be the one to determine which is the best solution for you when you activate your account.
Please note that once you have received your first commission it will no longer be possible to change the preference settings of your account. So in case you want to change from recurring commission to one-off commission or vice versa, you will need to create a new account. For the Cloud hosting and dedicated servers we offer fixed one-time commissions that are listed in the FAQ.

How can I become an affiliate?
If you want to become our affiliate, you will need to sign up for our hosting affiliate program. If you are not one of our customers, you don’t have to purchase anything on our website, but you will have to perform a specific procedure to create your customer account and start earning with the affiliations.
You will need to activate a free trial plan by clicking on one of the buttons below. This way, you will have the opportunity to try one of our services for free. Don’t worry, you won’t have to provide a credit card or anything else.
We have chosen, for security reasons, to disable registration without purchasing a hosting plan. Each time a hosting plan, even free, is purchased on our website, the anti-fraud system checks the user’s data.
Once you have registered and created your customer account, you will be ready to promote and recommend to your users a service that you have used and tested personally.
Within the client area, you can activate your affiliate account, just click on the “Affiliation” link that you find in the menu on the left inside the client area.
For the free trial, you can choose an account shared hosting, WordPress hosting, or semidedicated hosting.
The free trial of this product does not imply any future obligations or any commitment, you just need to create the account in the client area you will use as your affiliate account. You will also have the opportunity to personally try the service and talk about it after a direct experience. The customer account will remain active for life even after the trial plan expires.

How much are the hosting affiliate commissions?
Earn with us with a 15% recurring commission with our web hosting affiliate. Upon request, we can provide a one-off commission (therefore only on the first purchase of the product) of 40%.
You will determine which commission to choose when you activate your affiliate account.
Once you have received the first commission, it will no longer be possible to change your account, and if you want to change the commission percentage, you will need to create a new account.
For our cloud hosting, we offer one-time fixed commissions:
– For CLOUD 1: 5€
– For CLOUD 2: 10€
– For CLOUD 3: 15€
– For CLOUD 4: 20€
For dedicated servers we offer a one-time commission of 20€.
At the moment, it is not possible to receive commissions for other types of services with our hosting affiliation. If your friend buys a domain, or SSL certificate, we don’t offer any commission.
How do you know whom I introduced you to?
Each affiliate has its link. When a visitor clicks on the link, they are sent to our website and tracked by cookies.
For each purchase made by that specific user, a commission will be credited to you within 90 days from the date of the click. This way, they don’t have to buy straight away, but can buy at any time within 90 days.
You can see your commissions within the client area in real-time. Ensure that your users have clicked on your link, otherwise, it will not be possible to credit the commission on your account.
Do you have any banners?
Of course, you can find them in the client area under the “Affiliate” section in the menu on the left. You can place banners where you prefer or write a review on our hosting service on your website to make your users click and receive a commission on sales.
Of course, if you prefer, you can simply insert a text link in an article that reviews the hosting service.

Do I need to have an active service with Supporthost?
SupportHost hosting affiliation is open to everyone! If you believe you can send us customers, we will be more than happy to cooperate in compliance with our affiliate terms.
So you don’t need to have active service with SupportHost.
How are commissions paid?
Our hosting affiliation program operates on a commission-based system. Once a customer has remained with us for a period of 30 days, commissions are credited to your account. This is to ensure that the customer has not capitalized on our satisfaction guarantee policy.
We offer commission payments through PayPal, bank transfers, or as a credit to your account, based on your personal preference.
In order to initiate a withdrawal, your commission earnings must total a minimum of €50. Once this amount has been reached, you may submit a withdrawal request directly from the “Affiliates” page located within the client area.
