How are backups performed?
With managed VPS plans we provide a free snapshot, which is a complete copy of your server on an external server (but in the same datacenter). This allows you to restore your entire machine. We cerate one snapshot per day and maintain the 7 most recent copies.
As an additional service we offer a disaster recovery solution. You can get the space you need and we decide together the details of the backup policy (i.e., how many backups to make and maintain).
With disaster recovery you have access to a control panel that allows you to restore individual files, a single database or the entire VPS cloud server.
Disaster recovery is managed with R1soft, if you prefer during ordering you can add JetBackup.
How does the free migration work?
If you purchase an account for at least one year, we offer free migration for up to 10 accounts if the control panel matches.
Otherwise, we will perform free transfer of only one website, email migration is not included.
How many emails can I send every hour?
On Cloud hosting there are no hourly sending limits, but we recommend setting a sending limit of 500 emails per hour to prevent the IP from being blacklisted in the case your account gets compromised and sends spam.
Are there limitations regarding upgrades and downgrades?
Due to technical issues it is only possible to upgrade to a higher level, to upgrade to a lower level it will be necessary to order a new VPS cloud and migrate everything.
It is not possible to upgrade/downgrade from managed to unManaged plan.
