      How do I reset my client area password?

      Visit the password reset page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.

      If you don’t receive the reset email, it probably means you are using an email that is not with us. If you don’t remember your email, click on the link “Forgot your email?” to reset your password starting from an active service you have with us.

      Lost two-factor authentication access?

      If you have 2FA enabled but lost access to your authenticator, use the contact form on this page. We’ll verify your identity through your registered email, SMS, or by requesting an identity document.

      Can’t access your registered email?

      If you no longer have access to the email address on your account, send us a message through the contact form. We can verify your identity via SMS or identity document to help you regain access.
